There is two bus company doing this route: Trans Aroma and Trans Atlas. From Oruro to Antofagasta you can travel with Trans Salvador (semi lie-flat buses), with a daily departure. Buses leave from the Turbus bus terminal on Avenida Granaderos and the journey from Oruro to Antofagasta takes about 14 hours.
